How can I place an order?

You can place on order in our Online Store using MasterCard or Visa. Be assured that your confidential information is safe because our site is fully secured by state-of-the-art 128 bit encrytion technology which the small gold lock on the bar at the bottom of your screen indicates.

You can shop in the store using the links on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of each screen in the store. Or you can review all of the products in the store by clicking on "Product List" on the horizontal navigation bar on the top of each screen in the store.

Simply click on "Add One to Basket" next to each item you wish to place in your Shopping Basket. Be sure to complete the drop down boxes that require you to specify the length, clasp, or earring back you would like on the item. You may click on "Shopping Basket" and remove any item from your Shopping Basket at any time.

When you have completed your shopping, click on "Buy One Now" next to your last item or "Checkout"on the far right-hand side of the horizontal navigation bar on the top of each screen.

You can either make your purchase by establishing an account, which means you will not have to enter the shipping and billing information for future purchases, or you can make your purchases without establishing an account. Be assured that we do not sell your account information to anyone or share it with anyone.

After you have provided the required shipping, billing, and credit card information and have submitted your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that states all of the specific information related to your order.

What kind of stones do we use?

They are resin elements that are translucent and luminescent. We design and cast the acrylic pieces in a broad spectrum of colors, which include pink, red, gold, camel, brown, chartreuse, olive, a variety of blues, purple, pearl with silver flecks, cream with gold flecks, and black.

Are all of the colors in each color family identical each other?

Yes. This means that the coordination possibilities are unlimited.

What are the metal elements made of?

Our metal elements are are made of pewter with a heavy outside layer of sterling silver or 18K gold.

What are the earring posts made of?

The earring posts are hypoallergenic surgical steel.

What are the ear wires made of?

The ear wires are sterling silver or gold fill. All earwires ship with plastic stoppers that slip easily onto the back of the earwire once the earring is in the ear. This ensures that the earring can not come our of your ear.

What are the link chains used in the necklaces and bracelets made of?

The link chains are made of gold fill or sterling.

Will any of the metal elements tarnish?

No. A protective coating prevents the metal elements from tarnishing.

What necklace material is used for the illusion necklaces?

The necklace material for the illusion necklaces is plastic coated cable. The cable is extremely strong. The plastic coating on the cable ensures that the cable is comfortable to wear and will not irritate your neck. The plastic coated cable need not cleaning and will never change color.

How strong are the magnetic closures?

We use the strongest, highest quality magnetic closures available for jewelry, which means that they will not separate while you are wearing the jewelry. The magnetic closures make it very easy to put on and take off the necklaces and bracelets on which we use them. Individuals with heart pacemakers should not wear jewelry with magnetic closures. A nonmagnetic closure is available.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Treat our jewelry with the care you would take with any fine jewelry. Store it in a safe place. No special care or maintenance is required.

What is your return policy?

Our jewelry is guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction. You may return anything purchased from us to exchange for jewelry of equal value within 10 days of receipt.

When will my jewelry be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 10 days of out receipt of your order.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

We ship your jewelry in individual gift boxes.
